This license allows the licensee to be in the possession of a non-restricted firearm (hunting rifle)\, ammunition\, and ton purchase ammunition (they can not purchase a firearm). Minor Licenses convert to a regular PAL upon license renewal at age 18. Apply for renewal 3 months before 18th birthday.
