They are a great resource to have. \nNOTE: 12-17 years can obtain a Minor PAL License. This license allows the licensee to be in the possession of a non-restricted firearm\, ammunition\, and to purchase ammunition (they can not purchase a firearm). Minor Licenses convert to a regular PAL upon license renewal\, about 3 months before their 18th birthday.
