They are a great resource\n12-17 year old can take the P.A.L. course and obtain a Minors P.A.L. License. This license allows the licensee to be in the possession of a firearm (for designated purpose(s)) \, ammunition\, and to purchase ammunition.  Minor Licenses convert to a regular P.A.L. License upon license renewal on\, or before\, their 18th birthday.
