They are a great resource to have. \nNOTE: 12-17 years can obtain a Minor PAL License. This license allows the licensee to be in possession of a non-restricted firearm\, ammunition\, and tp purchase ammunition (They can not purchase a firearm). Minor Licenses convert to a regular PAL upon license renewal at the age of 18.   Apply about 3 months before their 18th birthday
