Note: 12-17 years can obtain a Minor P.A.L. license. This license allows the licensee to be in the possession of a firearm (non-restricted), ammunition, and to purchase ammunition (they can not purchase firearms). Minor licenses convert to a regular P.A.L. upon license renewal, on, or before their 18th birthday.
