Note: 12-17 year can obtain a Minor P.A.L. License. This license allows the licensee to be in possession of of a firearm (non-restricted), ammunition, and to purchase ammunition (they can not purchase a firearm). The Minor P.A.L. License converts to a regular P.A.L. upon license renewal, on, or before their 18th birthday.
