Note: 12-17 years can obtain a Minors PAL license. this license allows the licensee to be in possession of a non-restricted firearm, ammunition, and to purchase ammunition (they can not purchase a firearm). Minor licenses convert to a regular PAL upon renewal on their 18th birthday
