NOTE: 12-17 years  can obtain a Minors PAL License. This license allows the licensee to be in the possession of a non-restricted firearm, ammunition, and to purchase ammunition (they can not purchase firearms). Minor PAL License convert to regular PALs upon renewal on thier 18th birthday
