NOTE: 12-17 years can obtain a Minor PAL License. This license allows the licensee to be in possession of a firearm, ammunition, and purchase ammunition (they can not purchase firearms). Minor PAL Licenses convert to a regular PAL upon renewal on their 18th birthday
